“There is a certain magic in the blending of two seemingly disparate things. It is this magic that I sought to capture in my latest series, ‘Imaginary Menagerie’. A carnival of the absurd, it is a parade of hybrid creatures in a world where the boundaries between reality and fantasy are fluid and permeable. Where zebrafrogs leap through fields of strawmanders amid butterfly-elephant herds. Through these paintings I hope to illustrate the hope in infinite possibilities and transport you to their world, where the extraordinary is just an arm's reach away. “
